Holistic Health Coaching is Health and Wellness oriented. Special care is given for the client to develop a growth mindset and self-discover solutions and steps forward. Simultaneously, we work on practical skills and habits that help you reach your goals.
Cultivating a growth mindset and self-discovering and attaining valuable skills are the pillars of behavior change. We focus exploring your goals, obstacles and how to overcome then. Every session is about discovering insights, ambivalence and possible solutions, and ends with a clear, practical action plan.
